A story-led team session is a facilitated experience that uses purposeful prompts, structured conversation, reflection, and participation to help a group connect more meaningfully. It is designed for retreats, off-sites, team days, and community gatherings where leaders want more than presentations or generic team-building activities.

Yes. Real Gumption provides team facilitation for corporate retreats, leadership off-sites, nonprofit planning days, and community gatherings throughout Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Reno, and the surrounding region. Virtual facilitation may also be available by arrangement.

The core Team Session format is designed for 8–35 participants. For larger groups, contact Real Gumption to discuss a tailored format or a partner-supported facilitation design.

It is more structured and purpose-driven than a standalone recreational team-building activity. The goal is to create meaningful participation, stronger understanding, and practical momentum within the context of your team’s larger gathering.

Two to four weeks is usually enough for a contained session when availability allows. For half-day facilitation, multi-day retreats, or projects involving broader experience design or media, four to eight weeks is preferable.
