A structured session for a retreat, team day, staff gathering, or off-site.
I work with the leader beforehand, design a session around an agreed objective, and guide the conversation and activities during the gathering.

Planning support for organizations and hosts who want a more intentional event experience
I help shape the agenda, guest journey, conversation moments, and run of show. You can bring me in for design support or discuss a scope that includes live facilitation.

The simplest place to begin is a Team Connection Session: a tailored, facilitated experience for a small group.
